Giacomo Boati

Giacomo Boati is an Executive Director in the IHS Markit Oil Markets Downstream and Chemicals team (OMDC) specializing in project managing of consulting activities related to the refined products and clean fuels markets, biofuels and energy transition, with a special focus on the impact of energy transition on infrastructure and assets due diligence. He is based in Paris. 

Giacomo holds a B.A. in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan, and a M.A. in International relation with a concentration in Energy Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Washington D.C.
